In 1981 Creative Construction Company, Inc Loveland, Colorado was formed. It began with the purchase from C.C. Barr of Barr Construction Company
and their clients and employees over forty years of business.
Creative Construction Company is under the ownership of Dennis J. Sytsma, a construction industry veteran. Dennis originally began work with Dan Vos Construction Company in Ada, Michigan a multi million dollar firm. His experience has been with both small and large well known companies such as Stoneybrook Homes and Sinnett Builders as well in both residential and commercial construction.
Creative Construction Company is fully insured, licensed in various counties and cities up and down the front range area to provide commercial new construction, tenant improvements, renovations and maintenance.
